Ballistic Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist to support a government program in Williamsburg, VA.
This position is part of a team of instructors and technical experts. You will help craft the customers messaging, provide project management, and administrative support.
Security clearance:
- TS/SCI with polygraph.
What we need from you:
- Work with the customer and their various teams to record and disseminate branding.
- Provided project management and a willingness to assist .
- Learn, adapt, and remain update/current with customers internal processes/procedures.
- Ability to work with/liaison with outside groups.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) out of the last five (5) years of with project management experience.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Collaborate actively with the Government infrastructure groups.
- Familiarity with the Government's purchasing processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a self-motivated work ethic in working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple technical and administrative tasks.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude, sound judgment, and solid situational awareness.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to abstract design problems, particularly with respect to translating real-world concepts and interactions into XR.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks through self-directed time management and organization.
